In celebration of the Royal wedding, Vidal Sassoon have slashed the price on their Union Jack hair straighteners from £59.99 to a very purse friendly £15. Even someone as crap at maths as me knows that's not the kind of deal to pass up, it's practically half half price.
The plates are ceramic coated, which I've found do a decent enough job of straightening even the curliest hair (i.e. mine). They also come with a variable heat setting (maximum 200˚c) which lets you control how much heat you want to use. I'm always bit iffy about using full strength heat on my hair when it's already had the main straighten..
They also boast Ionic technology which helps seal moisturse in and leave your hair looking super glossy. A heat resistant pouch and three sectioning clips are also thrown in so you really do get more bang for your buck.
