I first came across these when Nicola tweeted about them and we were both equally mystified as to what they did.
I thought they were like actual quills in that they'd be packaged like a fountain pen and you'd get little ink cartridges full of nail polish that you could use them with. You know, like the old school fountain pens we used to use at school, the ones we'd piss ourselves with excitement over using.
When I found out what they were actually for, I felt a bit silly but also a bit let down. They are, in essence, a set of sharp stick on nail.
They retail for £35.00 for two. TWO!!
You can only get them in black and I think you'd look a bit silly wearing them over any other colour.
What do you think? The next best thing in nail art or something you won't waste your time with? I'm in the latter camp, I can't see them being very practical and for £35.00, I'd have atleast expected a full set of nails.
